Glen Johnson liverpool epic fail

I sent LOR and SAE plus trading cards to Glen Johnson at Liverpool training ground.
In return in my SAE I received my cards back unsigned with a letter on liverpool paper saying that they appreciate my request but all request should be made via email and a pre print would be sent via email.For me to print off
