I'm guessing the 8x10 was from a pre-signed stack he had previously done and maybe the 4x6 was when he actually had more time since the two signatures look a little different? Any thoughts?

I think you are absolutely right that's how ours were the big 8x10 looked different then the two blank cards we sent like you said 8x10 was rushed signature when he prob signed a bunch and the other he took his time to sign. Congrats
