I really like the first photo very much. It's a very nice shot.

However, I'm sorry to say that the signatures are the typical secretarial signatures that you get back since years when you write to Sarah Jessica Parker.

Attached please find two in person signed photos of Sarah Jessica Parker, that were obtained in person earlier this year in Berlin (Germany).

I am always unsure about SJP autograph TTM. But the 'S' in the IP one is just a messier version of the 'S' in this success. Surely it would be neater sitting down and if this is indeed secreterial, then its the same secretery that sees to: Kiefer Sutherland, Sally Field and Paul Newman

Yes unfortunately SJP has been sending out these secretarials for what seems like a 100 years now. It's been written about numerous times in autograph publications and not trying to make matters worst the Broderick is also secretarial.
