Six Million Dollar Man - Steve Austin success

I found this today in a box of stuff from my youth. This would be my first success. I sent a letter of request when I was 7. It was sometime in 1975. Anyway, over time I have lost the address and envelope.
I love the Apollo and Skylab patches on his jacket!
