irc question

I was wondering do i really need 7!? there $3 each in canada and im not wasting $21 for an autograph that might be a pp so for people who dont live in the US how much irc`s do u put?

7 IRC'S!!! OF COURSE NOT!!! I would say include 2-3 IRC's.
