Hi JUGGALOGENIE :D

$2.00 sounds reasonable to send your request to another country. I'm assuming you're sending a larger/heavier envelope/package such as a 9x12 envelope.

However $10.00 doesn't quite sound right. For a start, the USPS does not handle mail from Canada to the US. Canada's own postal system -Canada Post - does.

Instead, you'll need to send IRC's with your request (unless you can get Canadian stamps). 1 IRC will cover the minimum postage to send from one country to another - so you'll have to take an estimate of how large/heavy your reply will be and purchase enough IRC's to cover that postage. Normally, 9x12 envelopes will require 2 or 3.

I believe IRC's in the US cost $1.75 (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

Good luck!
