hey... i just wandering . u guys -how did u know that exectly that star that u send a letter to him reply u. i think. maybe managers reply for us. i dont know. and one more think. doesn anyone who write a letter more personaly get an answer ? tnx a lot.. i hope u understand my english. is pretty bad . bye

Hi silvester,

The answer to your question is that no-one really knows who answers out requests. It could be the stars themselves, their agents/managers, secretaries, et al.

Most celebrities do answer our requests but there are some who have their agents/managers or secretaries answer the requests.
