Has somebody ever got a succes with only sending a SAE to Elijah Wood?
Sweden dosen't sell those IRCs so I did just send a letter and a large SAE to him; will I get a response?

The only response I have received from Elijah Wood is a preprint. Twice I have sent just a letter and got the preprinted picture and once I sent a photo and SASE but still only received the preprint. (He didn't use my envelope or return my picture.)
That was the long way to say that I think you will be ok if you just send a letter. I think it would be fine to include a SAE if you wanted to.
