Autographs for sale forum

Unread post by James »

Hi,

I have noticed that there have been many problems with members not recieving autographs from members that they have sent cash to. I know that this is something that nothing can be done about, but what do you think about not letting members sell autographs on the forum?

In my opinion, selling the autographs ruins the hobby and is making celebrities less willing to sign TTM, some now just send notes that say due to the excessive amounts of selling they no longer sign.

I only mention it as I;ve recently seen many members complaining about being ripped off by 'trustworthy' members ripping them off, and I'm even more concerned to see people asking for members' home addresses so that lawyers can contact them...

I just think that it would by easier to get rid of selling autographs, but maybe continue to trade, but definatley not sell.

Hope I didn't ramble on too much

(Just my opinion)

Hi admin,

There have been many complaints against HayleyR210, from the following:
alias_lindsay
Bradley121
DavidWright75
garrett09
hilaryfan001
kenzie8201
charmainey
Aimee OC

I just see it as risky having the option of people selling on the forum.

I think the forum should be removed. It just causes trouble and other members have expressed how they think it is a bad idea. It could be replaced with a better forum in my opinion.

I agree, causes too much drama :?

I think if it is deleted though, we should have a forum for only charity auctions, because we do need somewhere for those of us selling for charity to advertise
Most Recently Requested: Kate Winslet, Sara Paxton, Henry Ian Cusick, Susan Sarandon, Christina Ricci, Samuel Alito, Roseanne Barr, Colin Powell, Regis Philbin, Liv Tyler, Kate Winslet (2nd for charity), Newt Gingrich, John Glenn, Cheryl Hines, Justin Chambers, Madison Pettis, "Wicked" cast, "Beauty and the Beast" cast
Last Autograph Received: Richard Russo (auction)
Last In-Person Autograph: Diane Sawyer
My Favorite Autograph: Amanda Bynes
