Two scholarship funds at my high school...

When I say "my high school" I mean the high school at which I work - I'm a counselor.

So far this year we've lost a beloved veteran teahcer to cancer and last month two of our students were killed on the way to school. Both tragedies have resulted in scholarship funds being set up.

I'd like suggestions on how to approach celebrities and who to ask....

1. Should I do the auctions live or on eBay?
2. Ask individual celebs or entire casts?


I have NO experience in this area so any help would be MOST apreciated.
