Announcement in JM forum

Hey guys

I was going to make an announcement in the JM forum to just basically say that to actually be considered as a moderator you must help out be polite ect and that being a JM is not just for the rank. Seeing as there have been an overwhelming amount of members who are doing it just for the rank, I think it could help the JMs be more aware that they will not be considered to be a moderator if they do not work for it.

If anyone does not think this is a good idea, please say and I will remove it.

I think it's a great idea, but I don't think it will really do anything. Some JMs might be more motivated to put in more effort, but others may just be content with being a JM, because afterall, JM's have higher ranks than regular members.
That's just my thought.
