It's a pre-print {down} (not a hand signed autograph) when presidents are in office they never sign TTM.

The purpose of this site is to provide addresses and feedback to the members of this site. It is not to provide opinion as to the type of autograph received. This is not PSA / DNA. I do this as a personal hobby. It does not matter if something is hand signed or not to me. I know that I received something as a direct result of my hand written letters.
