Steven Spielberg - PP success...

Hi there,
Yesterday I received back both of my pictures unsigned, a nice letter from Dream Works and a pre-printed autograph from Mr. Spielberg. I used this address (I allready knew that it would be difficult to get my pics back signed):

Do you know an address which does work? I know that his autograph is quite rare, but I heard of some successes. It would be great if someone could help me, because I really want his autograph.

I also just recently received a letter and preprint from that same address along with my photo that I sent. That was my second attempt. The first time I sent to the amblin entertainment address and they just sent my photo back unsigned. I guess I am just going to keep trying though.

Steven Spielberg is VERY hard to get an authentic autograph from because apparently he gets mountains of fan mail and is away on location a great deal, so he mainly uses a PP but I hope you manage to get a real one, that would be great!

Getting Spielberg in person is worth the experience. Try going to a movie premiere, if possible.
I chased him down a few blocks from a premiere after he said "No" cause he had his kids with him.I caught him in a parking lot closing the doors to his car. He said he would sign cause he admired my persistance. I nearly cried as he walked over to me cause I was all alone & my friend had just given me an "ET" photo of him facing ET.When Spielberg walked out of the premiere, my friend said,"You never got him? Go get him,man!!!" I will never forget that day & I was glad to go after him for the graph. Please try to get him in person,if you can & I hope it is memorable for you,too.

Yeah, I thought of that premiere thing. The only problem is, I live in Germany, and there not many premieres around here. The next premiere with Spielberg would be the Indy 4 premiere in Berlin I guess, and I don't know if I'll be able to pop up there. Ofcourse I'll try to do so, but even then I don't know for sure
whether I can "chase him down" like you said.
