Lizanne- Moderator? (Josephine's Team)

Hi everyone

Lizanne would like to become a full moderator.

She has been a TM for 2 months and would love to help out in the Feedback, Collecting Help, and Autograph Collecting Discussions forums.

Will the moderators on my team (and Admin and Ian, of course) please vote and post saying "I've voted" ?

I think she would make a good moderator. Her replies are always very lengthy and well thought out, and she helps a lot of members.

I cant find a reason why she should be promoted. "Being friendly" is not enough. Too many TMs are being promoted for absolutely no good reason.

All Lizanne posts is "Well done!", "OMG Thankyou so much!", "You're great!", and other such empty posts. How does this translate to "Ready to be a Moderator"?

What proof has she given anywhere on the forum that she'd make a good moderator? Has no one learned from previous promotion mistakes? :neutral:

Before the recent incident with Shambler, I would have agreed that she should be promoted to moderator. She helps out a lot in the collecting help forum. But there is definitely something fishy going on with her and Shambler.

Don't worry, Andy. I respect your opinion
But, she is actually helpful.. if you don't look at her posts in most of the Feedback threads and such.
She does answer questions when users post questions, and she does try to keep the forums "clean" (i dont know a good word for that! ). She moves posts when necessary, and seems to have a good idea how everything works.
Personally (and I know it may be wrong to be biased in my own polls), but I really think Lizanne is one of the most "ready" TMs to be promoted on my team.
