Miley Cyrus VV failure

I sent Miley Cyrus an 8x10 photo and SASE to her concert in Jacksonville. I mailed it on January 27 for her concert on January 30. I received my photo back today, February 4, unsigned in my SASE with the letter I wrote, with a note on it from the venue saying "Sorry, the tour left already". So my letter either got there late or they didn't pass it on in time. I guess it was nice of the venue to mail me my stuff back, but kind of weird they opened her mail? But I think this venue would be good for some VV successes since they even took the time to send my stuff back. Here's the address I used:

The venue actually opened the envelope and returned my photo in my SASE with just a post it note saying "sorry the tour left already". So it wasn't a legit RTS. I can scan that though. I'll add it later. Thanks for that address, I'll try that one!

That stinks.
I was going to try to send her one VV when she goes to the Reliant Stadium in March, but according to the list I found on this website, they don't pass on fanmail.
But I am sending one to a venue where Carrie Underwood will be performing, and they pass on fanmail.

I sent her VV but now I'm pretty sure I won't get anything back...

She's usually pretty good about VV, that's why I sent her one. The problem was that I either sent it too late and it got there after the show, or the venue didn't sort their mail until it was too late.
