Question about stamps for those who live in the U.S

when you send a SASE inside the envelope your sending a celeb to, how many stamps do you use?
cause i usually use 2 and that works out fine, but some people use 3...so im confused.
does anyone know how much stamps it is per ounce/pound?

I usually put a 70 cent stamp

What size envelopes are you sending? I use a 60 cent stamp for a 9x12 envelope or even 83 cent stamp sometimes. If you are talking about first class mail here is a table.
