Kanye West success!

This is kind of a weird success. I originally sent a request to Kanye West in October at the MTS Centre. Of course I didn't receive anything back so I thought I'd try him and Rihanna again when they were here in May. Today I got an autograph back, expecting it to be Rihanna's, and it's KANYE! I've never heard of him signing VV, or even at all.

But here's the weird part: In the envelope with the autograph, was the picture and SASE I sent back in October! Either the venue didn't forward it to him then, or for some reason he kept the mail. When he came in October it was just him and some other artists, not a real tour, so I'm assuming they just didn't give it to him then.

It was pouring rain, so the envelope was soaked. The pic is pretty well perfect, except for a little bit of damage on the bottom. The old pic was stuck to the back of the new one, but it wasn't signed, just damaged from the rain, so thank goodness for that.

I would LOVE to have a Kanye autograph. He's my favorite. But, it is almost impossible to get one through the mail. So, great job... you definitely got lucky on that one.
